Keeping Everyone Safe at Leamington C&AC
Leamington Cycling & Athletics Club is committed to creating a safe, positive and inclusive environment for all athletes — particularly children and young people. We believe that everyone who participates in athletics at our club has the right to do so in a safe and enjoyable environment, free from harm, abuse or discrimination.
These responsibilities apply to all club members, coaches, officials and volunteers without exception.

Your first point of contact
Club Welfare Officer
Leamington Cycling & Athletics Club has a designated Club Welfare Officer who is the first point of contact for any safeguarding or welfare concern relating to the club.
If you have a concern about the welfare or safety of any athlete — child or adult — please contact Louise directly. All concerns are treated seriously and in complete confidence.
How to report a concern
If you have a safeguarding concern, please follow these steps:
Photography & Filming at Club Events
Leamington C&AC takes the photography and filming of athletes seriously, particularly regarding images of children and young people. At club-hosted events a photography policy is provided to all participants.
